After showing in Baghdad, Ankara, Istanbul, Copenhagen, Dubai, Amman, Rome, Zurich and Paris, Iraqi painter Vian Sora returns to Aspen Gallery with her latest collection.

Weaving aspects of Arabian life with Contemporary imagery, her Expressionist works offer a glimpse of the mysteries of the past. The signature leather-like surfaces become backdrops for colours, shapes, shadows and symbols and draw one away from the normal burdens of modern life.
